AXIS CLASS (ZOOM LIVE)
A weight-transfer class for discovering the body's central line of organization—the place from which movement can arise with stability, clarity and ease. This is a slow, attentive practice that supports re-patterning rather than forcing form. All bodies welcome. No prior experience needed. You’ll just need a comfortable floor space to sit and roll.
